ProfessionaLE

Monthly conversations to empower you to professionalise your lived experience.

CriticLE is partnering with leaders who use their lived experiences to make change in the suicide prevention sector.

The ProfessionaLE sessions are for anyone who wants to do more with their lived experience work and for anyone who wants to partner with people with lived experience.

Better engagement for people with lived experience of suicide.

Through sharing experiences and skills in a peer-based environment, ProfessionaLE contributes to the outcome of a prepared and connected lived experience workforce.

At CriticLE we believe in transparency and knowledge transfer.

In keeping with our values, the program logic that underpins our work in ProfessionaLE is presented below.

A program logic is the model that represents how we see the sessions working toward the aim of better engagement in lived experience. Reading from left-to-right, the model logically presents what we are doing and what impacts and outcomes it will have.

We believe that through Q&A style sessions where people with lived experience share their stories about participating in the suicide prevention sector in different ways, people with lived experience will have the opportunity to:

  • Share and learn through experience

  • Network and form strong social and professional connections with other lived experience workers and advocates

  • Build confidence to participate in suicide prevention activities in paid and unpaid roles.

The program logic will inform our evaluation activities and ensure that we maintain best practice.
